Fill Out & Return Form 100
Form 100‘s are available on the breezeway table of Higgins Hall. If you can‘t locate them or none are available please ask any gentleman wearing a Knights of Columbus badge to assist you. Fill out Form 100 and return to the Knights mailbox in Higgins Hall. You could always give Form 100 to any gentleman wearing a Knights of Columbus badge. They will ensure it is delivered. Completed forms can also be emailed directly to Brother George Sextom Here. Once received, an officer from our council will reach out to you. Form 100 is available here in a PDF file.
