Attention High School Seniors

Application Instructions for Graduating High School Senior Students

Please complete this application exactly as presented.

Applicant must be a Catholic graduating male senior with a relative who's an active member of Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church and/or the Knights of Columbus Blessed Mother Mary Council #15238 to qualify for this scholarship.

Include your resume and/or your senior profile.

• One recommendation letter is required and must be included with your application.

Completed applications should be emailed to: KofC15238Scholarship@gmail.com, and

must be received no later than June 1 to qualify.

Do not include your name on any page besides the student information page.

Only one “Graduating Senior” scholarship shall be awarded annually, and applicants are only eligible once. This scholarship awards $1,000 and is paid directly to the student upon proof of enrollment in a post-secondary academic institution. 

You may be interviewed by a scholarship committee member if selected as a finalist.
